Home Power Solutions or HPS is a leading company in the development and production of integrated energy storage systems based on green hydrogen for homes, multi-family houses, and commercial properties. The Berlin-based company designs and produces an innovative all-year electricity storage system called picea, which stores surplus power from photovoltaic systems as green hydrogen. This energy can then be used in the form of electricity and heat during the less sunny parts of the year, allowing buildings to be powered by solar energy year-round.
