Södra is a co-operative consisting of over 53,000 forest owners in southern Sweden, focused on promoting profitable and sustainable forestry management practices. The group owns and operates successful companies in both Swedish and international markets, creating a sustainable market for their members' raw materials. Södra produces an array of products including sawn timber goods, paper pulp, and biofuel, and is a substantial producer of electricity, generating more than it consumes.
